„FM extended“ comprises 100 patches based on the frequency modulation (FM) sound synthesis called „Kernel Synthesis“ in the Waldorf Iridium & Quantum. The patches make use of several FX programs so they can be played easily as stand alone voices. In case you should prefer less full sounding voices in the mix with other instruments just decrease the length or amount of the effect programs used. You can use these patches also as a starting point for your own sonic world! This soundset does not use any samples.
