You can find this option in the Shift+Utility menu. We recommend doing this after the Pulse2 has been running for at least 10mins.

Tuning the filters matches the resonance behaviour of the filters to each other. The algorithm isn’t intended to tune the filters absolultely perfect. If it did, the sound would be absolutely dull and sterile.
