Your main tasks will be:

  • First & second level support for our hardware and software products
  • Telephone product support for our software solutions and support via remote maintenance
  • You are the link to our customers and our workshop
  • You accept customer inquiries by email or telephone (ticket system), verify the claim and scope, document the process directly in the ticket system, track down the error and fix it/restore the functionality
  • For you, “helping, finding errors and finding solutions” is a passion
  • With your calm, concentrated and friendly manner, your goal is to answer the customer’s requirements and questions and to pass on your product knowledge to our customers

Your profile:

  • Professional experience from an IT-related company/beginners are welcome
  • Affinity to commercial issues and PC-based POS systems
  • Solution-oriented work
  • Very good knowledge of German and, if necessary, in English
