I am the proud owner of a Streichfett which I control with my Keystep. I am enjoying the idea of also owning a Rocket and a Pulse 2. Wouldn't they look great together? But will they work together? That is my question. Will the Rocket have to be controlled separately to the Streichfett (sounds like keyboard city!)? Is there a way of switching between devices (sorry for the noob question)? Can they play at the same time? Will I be able to process them both with the Pulse 2?
Thanks for whatever response I get!

But what do you mean by "work together"?
Sharing MIDI CCs?
SysEx?
Cascading?
You can use one keyboard to control to synths via MIDI from the same keyboard. This is what MIDI was meant to be.

I think you should first define a more specific single question.
Or learn all about MIDI and read the manuals (the are all available online on the Waldorf web pages).

Well you are not wrong, I have a lot to learn about Midi. I just about manage to use it to connect up my gear but the rest (Midi Channels and suchlike) is a bit of a mystery. I will take your advice and read up about it.
A more specific question would be: What are the advantages of owning all three boxes (Streichfett/RocketPulse 2)? Are the sum of the parts greater than themselves divisible by three?
Damn, you.'re going to ask me to be more specific again...
