Hi,

Is the speed of the phaser LFO adjustable somehow? I want those really slow evolving soundscapes.

The default speed is quite fast.

No.
But changing the amount also changes the LFO speed a bit as well.
If you can't find what you search for, use an external phaser.

I like to use midi cc envelope generators and LFOs (I'm using Logic) to modulate string registration, solo tone, balance, animation depth (which has a different effect than just modulating registration), and phaser depth. While this does not allow you to change the streichfett's internal LFO rate, carefully tuning a midi LFO's depth and offset may get you close to the sounds you are looking for. Using this kind of modulation with multiple parameters can result is some very interesting, slowly evolving soundscapes.
