I recently reinstalled Largo, Lector, and PPG Wave 3 on a new computer. My licenses are stored on a dongle and show up in the e-Licenser.

I looked under "My Waldorf"->"My registrations" to try to get a serial number to activate the trial versions I had installed and found the whole thing blank. I've been a Waldorf user since 1992 and am surprised by this, something should be there!

I wrote twice to support and haven't heard a word. I've got the clock ticking on how long I can use my software before the trial version expires and seem to have no way at all to find my serial numbers or whatever I need to make this paid-for software work. I'm not even trying to install my original Waldorf Edition, I'm just going to kiss it goodbye.

IS ANYBODY THERE? OR ARE WE SEEING THE SECOND COLLAPSE OF WALDORF HERE? HELLO?

Hi synthman03,
because we changed our shop- and license system last year you can't use eLicenser to activate trial versions.

Please login to your MyWaldorf and click on 'eLicenser Conversion' on the right hand side. There you can exchange your purchased licenses to the new system and unlock your trial versions.

Thanks for the reply. I managed to make this work for Lector, but I don't have the serial number for Ppg Wave 3 and Largo, just receipts of purchase and old E-licenser screenshots.
