I am prompted for email and activation every time i elect either Dpole /PPG or attack or first loading logic

Hi,

the latest versions of Waldorf Edition are protected by a serial number.

Usually you have to enter you email address (that one you used for the purchase or to receive the serial) and the key/serial number. No internet connection needed for that.

I am on Windows so i don't know if there is a Mac related problem concerning this.

No. I could not speak about Logic but it is not necessary here in Live 9 at Windows 7.

Is the plugin properly unlocked when you enter the data?
