serial number not valid

i recently bought a Jammin Pro PD12 pad controller that came with both the waldorf edition le and drumaxx le software.. the drumaxx software serial number worked with no problem yet the waldorf keep saying coupon code isnt valid.. am I doing something wrong?? i activated my account.. this is frustrating and i paid $75 for the pad, please help
