Hi,

just got an iridium and while i get it to respond proper to both usb and DIN midi from my sequencer (Deluge) i can´t seem to get it to repond to program changes.

It´s described very little about in the manual, and i use the same technique in deluge that work on all my other synths, no response from the Iridium.

I have the 2.5.1 firmware, just updated to i will check if there´s been any changes. But my question;

What is the correct procedure to change programs in the Iridium from an external sequencer?

Thanks!

Marcus

I have the opposite problem. I cannot get the Iridium to not respond to program change messages as I dont want it to change patches when controlled externally. I looked at the link you posted to the fact and there is nothing there about program changes.

Thanks,

Use the search function here:
waldorfmusic.weclapp.com/webapp/view/hel...al/iridium/home.page

And you will find this:
waldorfmusic.weclapp.com/webapp/view/hel...il.page?faqId=165955

And my 2 cent about the FAQ:
A FAQ main page listing all FAQs for a certain instrument would be preferred by me. And the layout of the FAQ is not my favourite)

Enough of leading customers to links etc. we paid 3k for a synth…actually with all my Waldorf gear it easily pushes 7k. When we ask a question, gracefully answer it. I don’t care if it’s been asked a dozen times. Take a customer service class, because clearly you need one.
