Is PPG Wave 3.V plays notes correctly? Or with bad timing?

I noticed that this synth plays notes not in sync… Bad timing.
For example, If I play two synths with same preset (for example BassDrum),
the start of playing notes is simply different. I recorded short demo, just two instances
of PPG's with same preset and same midi-track (T642 sample). You can hear that sounds
really not in sync. What is it? Bug? My other synths (hardware and software) in
the studio works correctly. I have this problem with only PPG Wave 3.V.

Is it really serious bug?
