Completely unresponsive

I have had the box for a while, never set it up. Goon to set it up, and it doesn’t do an thing. Plus th SL was supposed to be activated for free. FML. Some help please.

I followed the directions suggested and still not working properly. I would like to speak to a person instead of email. I am tied of dealing with this. I bought this product new AND just recently pulled it out of the box to set up. SL Liscence was suppose to be included , which it wasn't and The replies I have received from emails here have been offensive and degrading.
