Editor for the Zarenbourg Electric Piano?

It's kind of embarrassing actually. I have been in touch several times over the last year and it's always a few months away, except the months stay the same.

I still really like the instrument, but I did believe the editor was coming when I bought it and either they should release it or make sure they remove it from their advertising since it's blatantly false advertising.

I also purchased a Zarenbourg and have been waiting patiently for the promised software editor.

I think the attitude of this company towards its customers is terrible. When i purchased the Zarenbourg (27 Nov 2013) i was told by the retailer that the editor was available. Its one of the main reasons i purchased the piano. The retailer was completely unaware that the editor did not exist as it was being falsely being advertised on the Waldorf website as available.

After contacting support on several occasions i was told it would be out by 2014, but there were continuing delays. Unfortunately that was the last i heard about the progress of the release. My last couple of emails to support about this topic have been left unanswered. It is now almost the end of May 2016 and i have no idea whether this software will ever be released. It is still being advertised today on the Waldorf website as being available in 2014, which is completely false.

Absolutely no effort has been made to communicate to me to let me if the software will ever be completed as promised.

I give this company 1/10 for customer support and 10/10 for false advertising.

Im really surprised there hasnt been more mention of this. I think i'll have to start posting my complaint in some high profile forums and groups on the web and in facebook.
