Bug on live input

I am noticing a glitch that occurs to live input audio when I am playing it from the keyboard in particle mode. Every now and then it will cut out or stutter in strange ways. I can not get it to stop. You can hear it starting about 4min into this video:

I'm getting the same regular glitching, Its almost as if it's choking on it's on input like a feedback loop and then it clears itself or it's being reset maybe, I don't know the input algorithm to explain any more but its a really annoying and does really make the live input almost unusable.
I'm using firmware 1.2.4
