Waldorf Pulse 2 corrupted sounds / Factory Reset.

Some of the patches that i recently sent to my Pulse 2 sound different to when i first sent them. I tried re-sending them but they still don't sound the same as they did the first time. Is this possible? and if so how do i do a factory reset on the Pulse 2?

I'm trying to figure out how why the sound different because i used a Beatstep Pro to sequence them so it could be the way the Beatstep handles them. I've only got Logic Pro at the moment. Beatstep is not available.
