Data Encoder issue

Just purchased a used MWXT. I've just ordered an OLED replacement display, and I'm loving the synth, but I find my master encoder (big red one) skips sometimes, and doesn't update accurately, especially when I try and scroll quickly.

(I sold my Blofeld last year, mainly because I was having issues with the encoders)

Everything else is really solid on my MWXT, but if someone can direct me to a place that I can buy a replacement - and detailed instructions, I'd be very grateful.

I believe I even saw somewhere that these encoders can be partially dismantled and cleaned - which I likely have the tools and skills to do - that would also be wonderful.

Cleaning the encoders in not the appropriate solution. You will have to replace the encoder if you want to solve the issue for good.
