Bad dsp response

I am getting refund instead of a replacement. Blofeld makes great sound but issues like this would stop me from owning one. Since I am living oversea in Hong Kong, shipping takes longer and it would be more difficult/costly for me to get it fixed if I would find other issues in the future.

I hope local retailer in Hong Kong would start selling Waldorf product in the future.
